Action supports the Center for Curative Pedagogics, which provides therapeutic and educational support to children with special needs and their families. We organise an annual auction to raise funds for CCP. In 2011 and 2012 alone, Action raised more than 3 million rubles for CCP. Our events – hosted by Russian TV and radio celebrities Tutta Larsen and Anton Komolov – were attended by many of our clients, including Coca-Cola, Beeline, Volkswagen Group Rus, L’Occitane, Svaznoy, Troika Dialog, JP Morgan, Sberbank, Renaissance Capital, PWC и Aegis Media. The feedback has been hugely positive. A short film by Andrei Loshak about one of CCP's children was shown at the event in 2012 («Borya») – creating an incredibly touching moment for the guests.

«We're regularly asked about the role of charity in Russia and how ready Russians are to make donations. Our events have totally surpassed our expectatinos in terms of how much we've raised, and they've demonstrated that Russians are ready to help those in their society who need support,» said Action managing partner Michael Green.

«We were really touched by the work that CCP has done over the 21 years of their existence and we really hope that we can hold many more such evenings to support their important mission,» said Dmitry Bodrenko, Action managing partner.

CCP was set up in 1989 to help children with special needs in Moscow. Since that time, it has helped more than 13,000 children and their families – allowing them to fulfil their potential and overcome the huge social barriers they face in Russia. The centre helps more than 1,000 children every year.
