LG: OUTSOURCING OF SALES CONSULTANTS AND REPORTING

Within the project, sales consultants are in charge of both direct sales and POSM distribution and placement while also support marketing activities and strengthening retail staff loyalty. We use an integrated online reporting system at all levels of project management. Unique in its scale and performance, the outsourcing project relies on the proper division of responsibilities: the client focuses on business objectives, and the agency performs administrative, consulting and reporting tasks. The project engages over 900 field employees in more than 70 cities of Russia with an average KPI completion rate at 98% since 2010.
